• George Ayittey Memorial Award for Exemplary Governance and Leadership

• George Ayittey Memorial Award for Distinguished Legal Achievements

• George Ayittey Memorial Award for Excellence in Media and Journalism

• George Ayittey Memorial Award for Entrepreneurial Innovation and Impact

Essay Submission Guidelines:

• All entries must be submitted online via the provided link.

• Essays must not exceed 700 words in English (excluding the title).

• Essays must be original and unpublished.

• Co-authored essays are not accepted.

• Copyright of the essays will be assigned to the organizer.

• The Awards Committee will not accept hard copies or email submissions.

Essays and nominations will be judged by an independent jury based on:

• Originality of the essay
• Informational value

• Accuracy
